Gina Morando is the Chief Executive Officer of PCG IT, bringing extensive leadership experience in managed services and managed security. She has overseen all aspects of service delivery - from help desk and project management to solution architecture and client success - giving her a comprehensive understanding of building and sustaining high-performing technology organizations.

With a strong background in sales, go-to-market strategy, and marketing, Gina leads cross-functional teams, develops channel partnerships, and drives scalable growth initiatives that strengthen client relationships and enhance service quality. Her hands-on experience supporting SMB and mid-market clients provides her with a clear perspective on balancing technology, security, and operational efficiency.

Gina holds a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and is an active advocate for women in technology. She is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals in sales and leadership to shape the next generation of industry talent.

An accomplished executive, Roger brings over 30 years of business operations, extensive knowledge of business processes, and deep operational and management experience within a broad range of highly technical product domains. His experience spans a broad range of services, software, and hardware including cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, unified communications, and web technologies. His diverse and most recent positions at Fuze, Inc., Whaleback, and Castile Ventures serve him well in his current responsibilities of all operational functions, projects, service deliveries, efficiencies, and metrics at PCG. Additionally, Roger is CISSP Certified, (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), the world’s Premier Cybersecurity Certification.

A versatile technology professional, Patrick brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, built on a foundation in accounting, ERP system implementations, and automation. His diverse background in web development and customer service management across B2B e-commerce and tech security companies provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both business operations and technical solutions. At PCG, Patrick has progressed from front-line roles in dispatch and the helpdesk to become a trusted network engineer for clients, expanding his expertise through certifications in networking, Microsoft 365, and Azure. His hands-on experience spans email migrations, network implementations, server upgrades, and cloud-first solution deployments, enabling him to deliver practical, effective solutions that align technology with business objectives. Today, Patrick leads the service department, advising the technical team and focusing on improvements to our service offering.

David brings over 35 years of financial management experience to PCG in both the private and public sectors, focusing on workflow efficiencies, financial reporting, and budgetary preparation/analysis. His diverse experience in financial services, manufacturing, and public sector operations provides him with a unique understanding of business and operations regarding client agreements and their relationship with PCG. His development of strategic and tactical business plans for Insilco Corporation and various public entities ensures a solid basis to address thoroughly the requirements of our clients’ needs as they move forward in an ever-changing business environment.

With over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, Amy has a proven track record of delivering innovative and data-driven marketing solutions that align with business objectives. She has a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and industry trends, enabling her to position PCG IT as a leader in the technology industry.

Amy is known for her strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to leverage emerging technologies to create impactful marketing campaigns. She is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape and consistently seeks out opportunities for innovation and growth.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas More College.
